We also acknowledge the intense budget pressures you face. While you must maintain your computers, you must also find creative, cost effective ways to service them. The following are some examples of
QCNC's services:
Time & Materials
Hardware service is at an hourly rate with a minimum one hour charge plus parts and travel.
Retainer Contracts
By prepaying (retaining) us, we provide you with a wide variety of Technician and/or Systems Engineer services at reduced prices. As your needs change, you can be selective. Retainer contracts start at $4,000 a year.
Rent-a-Tech
By buying blocks of technician time, you can reduce your hourly support costs. During that block of time a technician can provide you with a wide variety of services including time and materials, repair service, installations, upgrades and service administration. Each block of time is three hours. Minimum purchase is ten blocks or thirty hours.
